Our excellent service is also noticeable in our customer satisfaction, with almost 40% of consumers purchasing again from us. Typically our customers are between 30 and 55 years old, are married or in a committed relationship, and an above-average proportion of our customers own a house or flat. While orders are mostly taken under men's names, the person actually making the order is usually a woman. (Findings from a customer survey, January 2006)
